This challenge calls for a customer oriented You are responsible for the region South Germany, ideally based from Bavaria. Job Description As Key Account Manager you define and execute the commercial strategy for enhancing the regional market share and the positioning of the assigned product segments, with main focus on the product category home grown LVT. You visit customers within your region on a daily basis and you build sustainable, long term relationships at all levels of the distribution chain (senior & operational levels). You offer guidance, support and training of local sales people at retail chains. You anticipate customer needs and you ensure “total customer satisfaction” by offering the highest sales, product & service quality to partners (specialized trade) and distributors (wholesale, retail cooperatives). You closely cooperate with the German sales team and with customer service at headquarters Your profile You have a proven sales experience, ideally within the building materials industry and with market leader brands. You are customer oriented and you have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills. You have strong interpersonal skills. You are entrepreneurial and you have strong decision making abilities. You have a good sense of business accumen. You feel comfortable with working in a dynamic, target driven and multinational company. Ideally you have expertise in the retail field with the ability to translate strategy into achievable targets and actions with direct customers and distributors. You are selfpropelling and you have strong work ethics and integrity. Good English language skills are mandatory.
